Nikki is a Qualified Yoga Instructor and Mental Health Support Worker so her love of supporting and helping people thrive within is her passion.
With certifications in Hatha, Yin, Restorative and Chair Yoga, she brings a variety to those seeking a more gentle practise.
With over 5 years teaching experience she brings her wealth of knowledge in using Yoga to those who are looking for a more calm, slow flow movement to bring connection of the mind, body and soul.
She invites both men and women to come and join her in a class, with an emphasis using yoga props to help support you. (Women's Only Classes Available)
